The idea for SLINGER was born in a sketchbook one night at a drawing club in Beacon, NY. A friend noticed the drawing another friend had just created and offered to buy it right out of the sketchbook. The other friend offered to trade it instead for a drawing they had just completed. They agreed and the idea for SLINGER was born; Create a space for like-minded artists to easily share, sell and trade their sketches, drawings and studies, right out of their sketchbooks.
